EXPLORIST COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Welcome to Explorist, a community created for photographers who believe in learning, sharing, and growing together. By joining the community, members agree to the following guidelines.

1. Eligibility

Membership is open to photography enthusiasts from around the world, regardless of experience level or photographic interests.

2. Registration

Applicants should complete the online membership form with authentic information. Explorist reserves the right to verify submitted details and accept or decline applications at its discretion.

3. Membership Cost

Joining Explorist is completely free. There are no enrolment charges or recurring membership fees.

4. Community Advantages

Members may receive access to exclusive opportunities offered by Explorist, including:

Special entry benefits for selected salons and circuits.
Invitations to exhibitions, workshops, and community activities.

5. Member Identity

7. Respectful Conduct

Every member is expected to maintain a courteous and professional attitude. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, personal attacks, or behaviour that disrupts the community spirit will not be accepted.

8. Digital Platforms

Official announcements and community updates may be shared through email, WhatsApp, social media, or other communication channels operated by Explorist. Members are responsible for staying informed through these platforms.

9. Content Sharing

Photography-related discussions and creative exchanges are highly encouraged. Members should avoid posting spam, misleading information, excessive self-promotion, or content unrelated to the objectives of the community.

10. Privacy and Use of Information

Information provided during registration will be used for membership administration and official communication. Explorist will make reasonable efforts to protect member information and will not intentionally misuse personal data.

11. Membership Status

Explorist reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership if a member's conduct is found to be harmful to the community or inconsistent with these guidelines.

12. Voluntary Resignation

Members may discontinue their association with Explorist at any time by notifying the administration through an official communication channel.

13. Future Development

As the community evolves, new initiatives, programes, and membership benefits may be introduced to better serve its members.

14. Amendments
